As a shipping agency, we manage all the required port procedures for our customers, ship owners or carriers, ensuring the efficiency of operations.
Our services include:
- Coordination of all services relating to ship arrival/departure, organization of pilotage, towing, mooring/unmooring;
- Planning of teams and work shifts with the terminals, interaction with the port authorities, control of the ship stowage plan, cargo tally, verification of the compliance with regulations regarding IMO / IMDG / IMSBC cargo codes;
- Cargo claims management;
- Assistance to on/off signers;
- Embarking / disembarking assistance and delivery of cargo to receivers including issuing their insurance upon customer’s request;

Since 2020, Vittorio Bogazzi is specialized in the loading of project cargo modules for the USA, which transport is carried out by Navalmar UK Ltd.
